Start with 1 hour per day. Adjust brightness if flicker sensitivity occurs.
DEVICE COMPATIBILITY
For full 40Hz light stimulation, a display with 90Hz or higher refresh rate is recommended.
On lower refresh rate devices, the app will use 30Hz light instead.
The 40Hz sound stimulation and all cognitive games work on all devices.
